UPDATE: Mercantile & Maritime completes wind-down of operations impacted by OFAC sanctions

SINGAPORE, 20 May 2020: Mercantile & Maritime continues to operate in full compliance with all international trade laws and maritime regulations.

In accordance with the timeline set out by the Office of Foreign Assets Controls (“OFAC”) in its guidance issued on 12 March, Mercantile & Maritime has now completed the wind-down of its operations with Rosneft Trading S.A.

As a global business operating across the oil and gas value chain, Mercantile & Maritime has long-established compliance procedures and internal controls in place to ensure it is compliant with the applicable rules and regulations in the territories in which it operates.
