SINGAPORE, 23 April 2020: Mercantile & Maritime Trading (“MMT”) today announced the Company has concluded the sale of the 10 vessels in its Trident fleet.
Commenting on the sale, Toby Forrest, Head of Shipping for Mercantile & Maritime, said: “Whilst we have disposed of our own fleet, we anticipate no disruption to business having taken on several time charters to cover our trading requirements.”
The Trident shipping fleet had comprised of 10 vessels:
